I fully anticipate pre-orders to ship on or before the date posted on the product page. Please make sure you check the release date before purchasing to avoid any miscommunication.
Depending on factors beyond my control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. If you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your shipped confirmation email, then you should contact me through email.
